Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
1–2 years’ QA/food safety experience
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, and quality standards
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus
Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Monitor SOPs, GMPs, and quality programs in production
Conduct product sampling and ensure accurate documentation
Support audits and compliance with food safety standards
Report and resolve non-conformities and deviations
Assist in continuous improvement of FSMS and HSE compliance
