Qualifications:
Graduate of Secondary School (Grade 12), Technical Certificate, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of work experience (preferably in food manufacturing)
English proficiency: Intermediate
Possesses relevant technical knowledge and machine operation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work area
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to machines
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Support production team in achieving daily targets
