Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
Plan and assign work schedules to staff, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Liaise with clients to address concerns, handle requests, and maintain strong working relationships.
Manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and supplies; ensure cost control and proper usage.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service delivery, staff performance, and operational issues.
Handle incident reports, complaints, and corrective actions promptly.
Coordinate with subcontractors or third-party service providers when necessary.
Support the Facility/Operations Manager in achieving overall service objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of middle school education, with the ability to communicate in English.
