Detailed Job Description:

The Server Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rack and stack of servers, storage and related hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure servers such as tower server, BladeSystem.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers and storage units.
• Provide onsite or data center support for server deployments.
• Maintain accurate records of server configurations, inventories, and technical procedures.
• Comply with IT security policies and best practices.
