Qualifications
• Experience as machine operator for a minimum of 3 years. (preferred in similar industry).
• Experience within a food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred 
• Good physical condition 
• willingness to learn & develop.
• Critical & analytical thinking.
• The ability to work under operational stress.
• Sense of buy-in or ownership.
• Good communication skills.
• Waste management awareness of what can be done to ensure controlling that aspect.
• Driven by efficiency not only by production volume.
• Agility & flexibility to cope with different changes.

WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING MACHINES: 

1. DSI (water jet cutting machine)  
2. ISHIDA ( multi head weigher machine) 
3. Formax / REVO ( forming machine)  
4. Breaded lines  
5. Franks fillers and linking machine. 
6. Tiromat ( thermoforming packing machine)  
7. Chub master (minced meat filling machine)
