Responsibilities
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
Receive and take guest orders and process in a timely manner through any systems currently used in the facility.
Replenishes supply of clean trays, cutlery and dishes in the dining room, wipe table tabletops and chairs.
Knows and uses correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverages offered on the menu.
Ensure dining hall/canteen/BOH is set up as per set standard and SOP’s.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and always kept in excellent working condition.
Carries dirty pans and equipment to the dish washing area, assist in unloading containers/stores.
Maintain customer relations by having a thorough knowledge of the establishment, facilities, and personnel.
To report any equipment defects, maintenance requirements that will hamper the expected level of service.
Report all accidents, incidents, and any injuries as well as any customer complaints immediately.
Attending Client and Company training courses as deemed necessary, fully support, and participate in all Client and Company safety initiatives.
Ensure work is always conducted hygienically and safe work practices are followed.
Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements.
Attended daily site meetings, briefing, trainings, meetings as and when required.
Perform additional duties and any other tasks, as requested by the manager or the client.
Duties listed are not limited to specific location, if required should be willing to work in any location and as assigned by the department manager across KSA.
Others:
Ensuring correct use, safe operations and always keep clean and hygienic environment.•
Basic maintenance of equipment and preparation for use on an as and when required basis.
