Responsibilities
•Must be strong in operations with ability to manage large catering requirements across multiple locations.
•Establish and maintain proper documentation of all records and adherence to contractual requirements as well as update in any system/software/application being in usage.
•To Coordinate with Menu Planning for items that are required to be updated.
•To take responsibility for the store forecast, requisition as well as control of all supplies.
•Preparing the delivery nots for proper invoicing.
•Coordinate with HR for team attendance, payroll, or any other administrative tasks as per business needs.
•Assist in drafting correspondence and initiating responses to routine communications.
•Coordinate with departments/ sections in collecting and disseminating information as required.
•Ensures all information related to the department is disseminated to all concerned as required.
•Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient information.
•Work with team in operations as per the operational requirements
•Manages effective training and development of all team members, identifying any gaps to direct line manager.
•To report any equipment defects, maintenance requirements that will hamper the expected level of service.
•Report all accidents, incidents, and any injuries as well as any customer complaints immediately.
•Attending Client and Company training courses as deemed necessary, fully support, and participate in all Client and Company safety initiatives.
•Ensure work is always conducted hygienically and safe work practices are followed.
•Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements.
•Attended daily site meetings, briefing, trainings, meetings as and when required.
•Perform additional duties and any other tasks, as requested by the manager or the client.
•Duties listed are not limited to specific location, if required should be willing to work in any location and as assigned by the department manager across KSA.
Others:
•Guiding, supporting, monitoring, evaluation, and training of staff.
• Monitoring and maintaining levels of conduct and work performance.
• Participate in periodical inspections and contribute to the process of identifying and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring team objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality and Food and Beverage
2-3 years in big catering company at the similar position
Willing to be deployed to a prestigous VVIP educational institution in Saudi Arabia
