Responsibilities
The Communication, Change & Learning Lead will develop and execute communication and change management strategies for company's Global Capability Center (GCC) in Manila. This role will focus on enhancing employee experience and engagement while building strong relationships with industry associations.
- Develop and execute communication and change management strategies and initiatives for the Manila Center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the focal point for internal visits and build relationships with industry associations such as IBPAP, GICC, and HIMAP to enhance the center's visibility and collaboration.
- Oversee effective onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless flow between HR onboarding and functional onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance the employee experience by focusing on building engagement activities through events, clubs, and various initiatives.
- Serve as a capability resource when needed, providing support not only for Manila but for BSMH as a whole, facilitating the sharing of best practices and knowledge across the organization.
Work Experience
- 8+ years of experience in communication, change management, or related roles (required)
- 1 year of experience as a Communications Lead in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment (required)
- 1 year of experience in events management (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Masters degree (preferred)
