Job Responsibilities:
The HR GCC Director is supporting BSMH’s strategic goals and improving BSMH’s business performance, with overall responsibility for human resources operations in BSMH’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Manila, Philippines in partnership with the Head of the GCC (GCC Site Lead). The position will have the responsibility to oversee operational human resources activities and collaborating with cross-functional leads, as needed. Reports to Head of GCC, assists and advises leadership on critical issues.
• Act as the HR leader by driving the BSMH strategy to support the organization’s goals and objectives while ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
• Manage and lead the HR services, including Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations while managing relationships with government agencies to mitigate risks and maintain the organization’s license to operate.
• Identify and assess efficiency opportunities to further improve HR operational processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring the organization’s sustainability and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR and administration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management and global counterparts, to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
Job Qualifications:
Education
