Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet daily targets

• Monitor workflow, machine performance, and product quality

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

• Train and guide production staff on procedures and equipment

• Resolve issues related to manpower, equipment, and materials

• Maintain production records and prepare shift reports

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Implement and support process improvement strategies

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, with 1+ year in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control

• Technical or vocational training in a related field is an advantage

• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia
