Qualifications:

• High School diploma / Vocational / Bachelor's degree or Associate in Engineering or any related courses.

• With 10 years' work experience or above in managing teams of welders and overseeing welding projects in industries such as oil & gas, shipbuilding, manufacturing or construction is essential.

• Surveillance monitoring of welding electrodes to be utilized in accordance with the approved Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Random inspection of welding electrode type and sizes in use during production.
• Notify the welding inspectors on completion of welded joints.

• Liaise with the Welding Engineer on WPS draft generation.
