Responsibilities

• Project management of ongoing projects including coordination and control of manpower and materials in accordance with approved budgets and plans.
• Liaise with architects and draftsman in the drafting and finalization of buildings plans
• Liaise with external building and maintenance contractors and review work completed to ensure quality control.
• Oversee the activities of the internal construction and maintenance crews including liaison with tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in small scale building projects and maintenance in the commercial and residential sectors.
• Experience in the Building and Construction Industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature and stable temperament and capable of dealing closely with people.
• Should be in good health.
• Relevant trade qualifications and certificates
