Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate all aspects of security throughout the business.
- Advise on security requirements and implementation of guidelines.
- Training of security staff.
- Devise and maintain duty rosters and distribution of security personnel to high risk areas.
- Investigation of breakdown of security procedures.
- Co-ordinate with outside security companies and Police into internal security breaches.
- Review of Occupational Health and Safety procedures, including regular field audits and reporting results to the Board of Management.
Qualifications
- Formal education or experience in security management and procedures or service with armed forces.
- 2 – 4 years experience in security management.
- Mature with stable temperament.
- Good communications skills.
- Able to develop good relationship with staff and customers.
- Formal Security Industry, Police or Armed Forces Training OR Qualified by Experience
