Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of the distribution department.
- Co-ordinate and direct the activities of distribution salesmen.
- Maintenance and control of agency stocks.
- Training and motivation of distribution staff.
- Marketing and promotion programmes developed in conjunction with the Sales Managers.
- Reporting to management on monthly performance.
Qualifications
- Limited experience with stock and marketing systems an advantage.
- 5 – 8 years experience in consumer products with emphasis on distribution.
- Experience in the handling of similar product range an advantage/
- Mature with leadership qualities.
- Friendly manner with flair for selling and administration.
- Ability to maintain good working relationship with staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or Logistics OR Qualified by Experience
