Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle workshop, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance and repairs.
• Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Develop and implement workshop policies, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality controls.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate spare parts procurement.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, costs, and service reports.
• Improve operational efficiency by analysing performance metrics and implementing best practices.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workshop management software is an advantage.
