Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead contractor's maintenance planning section by providing technician information and solutions.
• Prepare long term maintenance plan.
• Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS.
• Monitor anf collect data from sytem for review of management.
• Provide solution for optimization of resources.r
• Provide inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
• Review actual vs. budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimize deviations.
• Prepare monthly rpeort highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attended regular maintenance department meeting.
• Monitor maintenance planning sections KPI's against target.
• Review and present manpower planning.
• Follow up with operations, services and company maintenance department for planning related issue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
