MAIN DUTIES : 1. Responsible for the overall organization and control of the food outlet of the retail locations.
2. Co-ordinate and direct the retail food activities and staff, with emphasis on service and efficiency.
3. Responsible for food safety requirements and health and safety programme.
4. Preparation of various monthly reports to support the General Manager.
5. Training of food service staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Experience in the operation of restaurants and food retail outlets.
WORK EXPERIENCE : 1. 3 - 5 years experience in service industries with emphasis on fast food retailing.
PERSONAL QUALITIES : 1. Mature with leadership qualities.
2. Co-operation and friendly manner so as to develop good relationships with staff and customers.
3. Responsible work habits.
