MAIN DUTIES : 1. Responsible for the Retail Grocery customer service including functions of retailing of grocery and general merchandise.
2. Co-ordinate and direct the customer service activities and staff.
3. Liaising with key customers to enhance service and efficiency.
4. Preparation of various monthly reports to support the General Manager.
5. In co-operation with Warehouse Manager co-ordinate the functions of the warehouses, controlling movements of cargo.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Experience in stock systems and costing.
WORK EXPERIENCE : 1. 5 - 8 years experience in service industries with emphasis in wholesale/retail of general merchandise.
PERSONAL QUALITIES : 1. Mature with leadership qualities.
2. Co-operation and friendly manner so as to develop good relationships with staff and clients.
3. Responsible work habits.
