MAIN DUTIES                                   :       1.       Ensure the efficient productivity of distribution fleet in liaison with Operations Management.

                                                                        2.       Co-ordinate motor vehicle and plant maintenance departments.

                                                                        3.       Receive and direct all communications relating to fleet and plant maintenance from Branches.

                                                                        4.       Travel to branches periodically to check motor vehicles and plant to ensure that they are adequately maintained by branch staff and maintenance crews.

                                                                              JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS                          :       1.       Maintenance qualifications.

WORK EXPERIENCE                    :       1.       5+ years fleet and plant maintenance experience.

PERSONAL QUALITIES               :       1.       Mature with leadership qualities.

                                2.             Co-operative, friendly manner, able to develop and maintain good relationship with staff and clients.
