MAIN DUTIES : 1. To co-ordinate Branch Administration supervisors in the day to day aspects of administrative activities.
2. Manage and co-ordinate workflow and systems between the centralized Shares Services department and Branches.
3. Responsible for the training of all accounts and administrative staff and monitoring of senior supervisors.
4. To ensure Board policies and administrative controls and procedures are adhered to.
5. To conduct "ad hoc" assignments for the Group Administration Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Managerial emphasis.
2. Accounting qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE : 1. 4 - 6 years in senior accounts/administrative position.
2. Maintenance and development of office controls and procedures.
PERSONAL QUALITIES : 1. Mature and stable temperament.
2. Ability to work well with others.
3. Organised and responsible work habits.
