MAIN DUTIES                                   :       1.       Direct and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all generator plant to minimize disruption and enhance safety.

                                                                        2.       Troubleshoot, direct and perform emergency rapid breakdown repairs to minimize downtime to the highest standards.

                                                                        3.       Schedule regular preventative maintenance on all plant to enhance longevity and minimise downtime of plant.

                                                                        4.       Manage, source and maintain security over inventories of spare parts and consumables.

                                                                        5.       Supervise and perform the installation and commissioning of new plant.

                                                                        6.       Manage, supervise, train and discipline maintenance staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS                          :       1.       Complete and thorough knowledge of generator plant in the FMCG industries.

WORK EXPERIENCE                    :       1.       Recognised qualifications and training required.

PERSONAL QUALITIES               :       1.       Mature with leadership qualities.

2. Organised, responsible sober work habits.
