Recruitment Consultants
Summary:
Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment for multiple positions, from sourcing, interviewing to job offer (end to end recruitment). Recruitment Consultants maybe assigned to handled entry level to Executive level Roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the sourcing of qualified applicants through special search, referrals, resume evaluation and JC4Sight (Applicant Tracking System).
- Conducts comprehensive and in-depth interview to evaluate applicant’s qualifications for client’s requirements.
- Performs talent bank/ad recruitment or special search accounts assigned.
- Attains monthly production target.
- Ensures timely delivery and quality of shortlisted candidates.
- Prepares weekly and monthly production reports for the information of management.
- Assists in the collection of all billings issued accounts being handled.
- Calibrates with clients during calibration calls/meetings.
- Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree, completion of college or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years experience of handling full cycle recruitment
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written.
- Resourceful, Organized, resilient, willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player and has very good interpersonal skills
- Flexible; task and results oriented.
Recruitment Lead
Job Summary:
The Recruitment lead will manage the recruitment/operations recruitment team, and optimizing hiring processes to attract top talent and meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team's KPIs and Revenue Goal
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs.
- Optimize recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage sourcing strategies to attract talents.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools
