The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for the development of new partnerships and new business for the Global Operations team. This role will be responsible for generating new leads by engaging prospects and partners in new and existing markets of international Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) that qualify for our program. The Partnership Development Specialist will actively collaborate with Global Recruitment, Global Business, and Marketing teams to achieve and ensure quality and volume of international HCPs that qualify for our program.
Responsibilities
- Represent and promote the organization’s program for new potential partners, build rapport and trust with current Global Partners and HCPs
- Generate quality leads through a multi-channel prospecting approach, including but not limited to, personal selling, public presentations, email campaigns, social media, and internal databases
- Work closely with the Global Business team to research new and existing markets for HCPs
- Proactively engage with interested applicants for the Global Partnership program
- Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new or changed Global Business Development applications and offer training and guidance to the Global Business Development team, as needed
- Achieve departmental and individual metrics and KPI’s
- Research and evaluate consumer behavior, cultural indicators, and country-specific characteristics, and report findings
- Provide feedback for internal marketing activities to help understand new and existing markets
- Analyze behaviors and patterns to generate more successful leads who will likely become customers and present actionable recommendations
- Create new approaches to market lead generation, to assist in developing multi-channel social media campaign platforms and marketing tactics
- Represent the organization to develop business in new markets
- Collaborate with the Global Business Development team to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive great team results and success
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in business or partnership development; experience in staffing/ recruitment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and present in front of large audiences
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), HRIS systems, and other databases
- Extensive experience managing and fostering long term relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification and ability to obtain and maintain
- Valid international travel document
