Job Title: Production Line Leader

Job Purpose: To lead and supervise the production line operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers
• Support production facilities in the areas of raw material processing, bottling and packaging
• Ensure production targets are met within the specified quality standards
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a food manufacturing company as a production line leader
• Knowledge in troubleshooting faulty machines/ equipment
• Must be a graduate of at least a 3 year related course (e.g. Mechanical Technology)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to undergo online foreign language traning (2 months, online)
• Must have stable connection
• Must have suitable device (laptop/ desktop/ tablet)
