Responsibilities

The Nurse is  responsible for the direct and indirect care of people of all ages, families and population groups in mobile, outpatient, day-care and inpatient forms of care as well as all levels of care (primary care, outpatient specialized care and inpatient care).  He/she contributes to the promotion and maintenance of health, to support the healing process, to the alleviation and management of health impairments and to the maintenance of the highest possible quality of life from a nursing point of view through health-promoting, preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative competences.  He/she carries out the measures and activities assigned to them by doctors.  He/she organizes and implements nursing strategies, concepts and programs to strengthen health literacy, especially in the case of chronic diseases, within the framework of family health care, school health care and community- and population-oriented care.

•  Participation in the context of quality and risk management,

•  Psychosocial care in health care and nursing.



Qualifications


•  Board passer and with valid PRC license

•  For newly licensed nurses (2023), NO WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•  For earlier graduates, at least 1-2 years recent work experience with minimal working gap, preferrably in bedside care

•  Must be willing to undergo minimum of 8-9 months FREE German language training with the following schedule:  MONDAY - FRIDAY, 2pm-6pm PH time OR MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6pm-10pm PH time

•  Must have stable internet connection and a device (tablet, laptop or PC) for the online German language training
