PLUMBER

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Water Supply Pumps, Deep Well 
Pumps, Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Plant, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water 
Heaters, Grease Traps, Backflow Prevention Devices and Valves, Flush Meters 
and Valves, Water Meters, Faucets, Toilets, Basin and Sinks, Water Sprays, etc.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls concerning clogged drains, broken 
water lines, frozen pipes, reported gas odor/leaks, diagnose the problem, and
undertake corrective action.
• Handle equipment, tools and spare parts and responsibly.
• Monitor and control the plumbers use of spare parts and tools and keep 
inventory thereof
• Adhere to the highest standard of safety when conducting maintenance and 
repair activities; report incidents and/or accidents in the workplace upon 
occurrence
• Review construction drawings and schematics leading up to upgrades
renovation projects
• Oversee work being carried out on the compound by third-party contractors
• Keep logs of daily maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company.

REQUIREMENT
• Professional Certificate or Diploma.
• Minimum of five (5) years as Plumber for a General Contractor, Property 
Management or Facilities Maintenance Company 
• Extensive maintenance and repair experience related to plumbing 
infrastructure, tools, fixtures, equipment and components
• Ability to read plumbing schematics and work plans
• Ability to work outside of business hours, weekends and during holidays when 
the operation mandates
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask when required
• Good grooming standards and professional appearance.
