• Responsible for operating production machines and instruments
• Responsible for daily cleaning/disinfection
• Prepare the relevant Production records
• Knowledge in Tablet production
• Unit operations in a solid dosage manufacturing facility.
• Performance of basic unit operations (wet and dry granulation, high shear granulation, fluid bed granulation, fluid bed drying, wet and dry milling, dispensing operations, operation of a rotary tablet press, and strip packing).
• Aware of the unit process preparations, documentation, and testing before, during, and after the operation.
• Setting up, cleaning, and disinfecting both equipment and room used for tablet production.
• Receiving and transferring materials, both raw and in-process after verification of identity status
