Job Description
- Responsible for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system for recording all corrective maintenance, service request, preventive maintenance work orders and other reports.
- Responsible for answering all helpdesk calls from internal and external clients and input into the database and generate maintenance tickets.
- Review and upload Asset/Location/Master Data into the CAFM System for efficient and effective use.
- Act as the key focal point for the CAFM related activities for the service provider's contract issuing daily/weekly/monthly performance activity reports.
- Monitor and coordinate daily activities and send email correspondence for Internal and external clients.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports from CAFM system for management review.
- Ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored, and maintained in the system.
- Complete all work schedules, maintenance tickets and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
- To update and close the completed task in the system
Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree with a min. of 3+ years in a similar role working within a highly dynamic and complex facility management environment, with specific experience related to managing CAFM system for a service provider. Conversant in core Microsoft office IT Skills.
- Data management skills, including the ability to use MS Excel to organize and manipulate data.
- Self-motivated team player who is able to work on own initiative while interfacing with senior management and operational teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Having spoken Arabic skills would be an advantage.
