Job Description
- Ensure 100% completion of code of conduct re-certification and mandatory courses required on Workday.
- Design and implement accountability assessment model for MRT/ risk and control owners.
- Drive GRC scorecard assessment of manco and exco, feedback session aligned with PDD conversation mid-year (July) and year-end (November)
- Conduct regular pulse survey using WTW survey or any platform for AIA-PH agency and employees. Analyze survey responses as basis for action plan.
- Analyze Gallup survey results to measure and improve ethics and risk index.
- Focus group discussion with low-scoring business units to improve Gallup outcome; Risk-based training with key stakeholders (Ops, ASG, BPI-AIA)
- Onboard new RiCo champions; Riconnect Workshop bi-monthly session
- Test, launch, track annual Group e-Learning Refresher on Workday
- Lessons learned sharing on Webmaster, Workplace, Dept Townhalls, FURMM.
Qualification
- Education – College Graduate; Business course or equivalent; with some Legal or Audit background (preferred).
- Experience – minimum of 5 years working experience in and/or exposure to risk function and/or compliance environment.
- Certifications/licenses – Basic LOMA with AIRC (FLMI-preferred); CPA (preferred but not required); CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) preferred.
- Special skills – Training, presentation, facilitation skills (Design & Delivery); Communication skills; Collaboration skills; Technology skills -- proficiency in Office Suite, survey platforms, learning management systems; Video, Photo, Graphic editing skills (preferred).
