Creation of all communication materials of all Culture & Events projects and initiatives.
Assist the Event Consultant in event managing details like choosing the event location, arranging the meeting schedule, selecting speakers/entertainment, choosing vendors, selecting menus, procuring accommodations, and arranging transportation for attendees.
Monitor the compliance of all stakeholders, both upstream and downstream, in the incentives process.
Communicate approved incentive and event programs to stakeholders, entertaining and answering questions and inquiries.
Address concerns and inquiries coming from the different stakeholders and provide the appropriate support.
