RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Filing/printing documents
- Sending official correspondences with the clients
- Doing necessary tasks for office operation (office supply management, insurance, welfare for staff, etc)
- Visa arrangements for expatriates and its family
- Car arrangements/hotel booking/flight booking
- Sending/receiving mails and courier
- Coordination with others on IT related issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education - Graduated four year course from any university/college
- Skills: - Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, emails, etc)
- English speaking/writing (for normal communication)
- Work Experience - 2-3 years (preferable)
- Can report onsite 5x a week in Makati City
- Can start ASAP.
