The Data analyst role will work on Data & Analytics initiatives with a strong focus on leverage data to accelerate customer and consumer experience. In this role will be responsible to unleash value of data to improve understanding and further knowledge of the consumer. The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving background in the consumer and customer domain. He or she should be familiar with the insight generation process integrating and preparing large, varied datasets and analysing the data in order to uncover insights and recomendations. She or he is required to work with other business stakeholders, other data analysts and data strategists to define and develop data opportunities.
In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at architecting specialized models / computing environments, and communicating results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field
- Must have business professional expertise (with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience) in data analysis and insights generation across multinational FMCG organizations.
- Able to collect and organise data from different sources in order to solve a business question
- Should be passionate about challenging and interrogating data and its interpreration
- Should be a creative thinker who can offer new perspective to analyse data and build storytelling.
- Able to uncover insights and drive clear and practical business impact through storytelling.
- Must be able to present findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
